- Submission information: photographs, descriptions, and any other details you provide about an item for authentication.
- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and general technical logs collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.

- To create and manage your account.
- To perform the authentication and appraisal service you request, including improving the accuracy of Wahriq Intelligence, our proprietary reference-matching system, using anonymized or de-identified submission data.
- To communicate with you about your account, submissions, or support requests.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate Wahriq (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- Affiliated companies under Aevion Holdings, where necessary to operate our business.

4. Photographs and Submission Data
Photographs and details submitted for authentication may be retained and used, in de-identified or aggregated form, to help build and improve our internal reference library and the Wahriq Intelligence matching system. We do not publicly publish identifiable images of your submitted items without your consent.

Wahriq uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the site. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and submission information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
