Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wahriq, a product of Aevion Holdings ("Wahriq," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wahriq.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Wahriq.

2. The Service

Wahriq provides a Wahriq Intelligence-assisted authentication and appraisal opinion service for handbags and related luxury accessories, submitted by users via photographs and information provided through our website. Submissions that are ambiguous or flagged are automatically escalated to a trained human reviewer; a guaranteed human expert review is also available as a paid add-on. The nature and limitations of this opinion are described in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Wahriq is currently operating in private early access; account access may be limited or delayed at our discretion.

4. Add-On Services

Wahriq offers optional paid add-ons at the time of submission, which may include: a guaranteed human expert review, a formal certificate of authenticity (priced according to brand), a detailed written PDF analysis, and a price valuation estimate. Pricing for each add-on is disclosed before purchase. Add-ons modify the scope or depth of the service provided for that specific submission and do not retroactively apply to past submissions. A certificate or detailed analysis is issued to reflect whatever final verdict a submission receives — Authentic, Not Authentic, or Unsure — not only a positive result.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated photographs or information.
• Use Wahriq's authentication result to knowingly misrepresent a counterfeit item as genuine, or otherwise use a result to deceive a third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our systems, reference data, or reports.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

6. Fees; All Sales Final

Certain features of Wahriq require payment of a fee, which is disclosed to you before you are charged. Because our service consists of the delivery of a professional opinion, document, or report — not a physical good — and our team's work begins as soon as a submission is received, all fees are final and non-refundable once a submission has been made. This applies to the base authentication fee and every add-on (Certificate of Authenticity, Detailed Written Analysis, Guaranteed Specialist Review, and Price Valuation Estimate), regardless of the outcome of the review — including a result of Not Authentic, Unsure, or any result that is not what you expected or hoped for. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will look into it, but this policy is not a guarantee of any refund.

7. Wahriq Intelligence & Our Reference Database

Wahriq Intelligence is proprietary assessment technology built and continually refined by our own team. It draws on a reference database assembled over years of hands-on, first-hand experience with designer goods — including direct physical handling and inspection of items, in-person visits to boutiques, authorized retailers, and resale marketplaces, structured research into brand-specific construction methods, hardware, materials, and production history across different eras, and ongoing case-by-case review by trained personnel. We built this library deliberately and treat it as one of our most important assets, and we stand behind its quality for the brands and categories we cover.

That said, every result Wahriq provides — whether generated by Wahriq Intelligence alone or reviewed by one of our human specialists — reflects our professional opinion at a single point in time, formed from the photographs and information you submit to us. No authentication method, human or automated, is infallible. Our results are not issued, licensed, or endorsed by the brand or manufacturer named in your submission, and are not a substitute for that brand's own authentication process where one exists.

8. Intellectual Property

Wahriq, its logo, design, software, and reference systems are the property of Aevion Holdings and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our prior written consent. Trademarks of third-party brands referenced in the course of authentication remain the property of their respective owners, as described in our Disclaimer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wahriq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our authentication opinions are subject to the limitations described in our Disclaimer.

Authentication of physical goods from photographs carries inherent limitations — image quality, lighting, angle, item condition, counterfeit sophistication, and the completeness of information provided can all affect the accuracy of a result. Accordingly, Wahriq does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any result is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free, and each result should be understood as a professional opinion rather than a certified, legally-binding determination. Wahriq's results are not intended to be used, and may not be relied upon, as evidence or certification in any legal proceeding, insurance claim, customs matter, resale-platform dispute, or law enforcement action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wahriq and Aevion Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from any decision you make in reliance on a Wahriq result. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wahriq in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution; Agreement to Arbitrate

We'd rather resolve a problem directly than end up in a dispute, so if something goes wrong, please contact us first at support.wahriq@gmail.com and give us a chance to make it right.

If a disagreement can't be resolved that way, you and Wahriq agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. You and Wahriq each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. This section does not limit either party's right to seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wahriq, Aevion Holdings, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Wahriq at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aevion Holdings is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wahriq after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
